No. We're a tote rental service. We deliver clean totes and a dolly to your door and pick them up when you're done. You handle the packing and moving yourself (or hire movers separately).
A rough guide: 20 totes covers a 1-bedroom apartment, 40 covers a 2–3 bedroom home, and 60 covers 4+ bedrooms. When in doubt, go one size up. If you run short mid-move, call us and we'll work something out.
No problem. Contact us before your scheduled pickup and we'll arrange an extension for an additional fee. Just don't wait until after the pickup date, let us know ahead of time.
Normal household and office items. Each tote holds up to 65 lbs. Don't use them for hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids that can spill, perishable food, or anything illegal. Use padding for fragile items.
Normal wear is expected and fine. Lost, stolen, or damaged-beyond-use totes are charged at a reasonable replacement cost. We'll communicate that cost upfront if it ever comes up.
Yes. Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Within 48 hours, a fee may apply. Just call or text us.
We offer free delivery across the OKC metro (30-mile radius) and the Ada area (15-mile radius). Check the maps on our delivery area section, or text us your zip code and we'll tell you right away.
Yes! If you prefer to pick up and return the totes yourself, we offer that option. Just let us know when you book.
